About Me

I am Erica Jacobs, after teaching elementary school for ten years, I am now a stay-at-home mom to my 12-year-old son, 7-year-old daughter, and twin 4-year-old sons.

Although I enjoyed teaching, I decided it was best for our family for me to stay home and make our children my full-time job. Motherhood is not easy. As someone with anxiety and ADD, I have learned from experience so many tips, tricks, and mom-hacks that have helped me survive the daily life of being mom. I am blessed with a supportive husband, that helped me realize there so many ways I can help guide other moms in their motherhood journey. So, I decided to start this blog.

I decided to create this blog as a way to reach as many moms as I can, who may be overwhelmed in their day to day lives. I think being able to have a way to access encouragement, support, tips & tricks, to reflect on daily could potentially help moms who feel alone.

There are so many mom blogs out there, I subscribe to several. Mine is unique because I have experience in many areas, so I have several different perspectives. I have the perspective of a:

“Stepmom” check.
“Boy mom” check.
“Girl mom” check.
“Twin mom” check.
“Working mom” check.
“Stay at Home mom” check.

This gives me opportunities to figure out a variety of support needs all in one.

My blog is for the overwhelmed mom who needs clarity on how to survive each day in the most productive and efficient way.

If you are new here, I think this blog post is a great starting point!

Here to support mama’s the way only another mama can.
